DESCRIPTION:
Moderate step deviation is seen under columns
5, 6, 7 and 8, with an offset direction of 180 degrees. Also seen
is
a lone trail line from the right side of it horizontal bar on the T
of CENT, with an offset direction of 090 degrees.
There does
appear
to be other very faint trail lines, however, I believe these
to be planchet grain lines.
