DESCRIPTION: Moderate trails from the bottom of the letters in

LIBERTY. Notice the slight letter distortion on the bottoms of the

T and Y, which come to an off center point instead of being flat.

The offset direction is 200 degrees.

DESCRIPTION: An unusual trail die in the fact that LIBERTY
is smeared in the west direction. This is an example of a
ramped trail die. Also noted are the two faint trails, one on
the D of GOD and the other on the W of WE. The date also
shows some affects of design extension. The offset direction
appears to be in the area of 270 degrees. This die was found
by Bob Piazza of Florida.

DESCRIPTION: Another unusual trails die that shows two
distinct trail lines from the top of the letters LIBER of LIBERTY.
The offset directions of these trails is 010 and 350 degrees.

DESCRIPTION:  Trail lines are seen from the bottom of the letters

in LIBERTY, with an offset direction of 200 degrees. While this die

is similar to 2007-1DEO-001T, the die markers are different and

there is a difference in the look of the actual trails. While little

difference is seen on the obverse between stages, the reverse is

the side that tells the story. This die was found by Jeremy Haynes

of Alabama

DESCRIPTION: Ramped, extra thickness is seen as a form of

trails on the word LIBERTY. This occurs when the full edge of

the hub design element encounters the die face as it moves

across it. Also seen is a faint trail line from the letter D in GOD.

The offset direction is 270 degrees.

DESCRIPTION: A dual directional trail die. The predominant trails

are seen from the bottom left corners of the letters in LIBERTY

and have an offset direction of 200 degrees. The secondary set

is on the letters of WE and has an offset direction of 030 degrees.

While not a reciprocal pair of trail lines, these are close enough to

be considered a snap back due to the die correcting itself from

thermal warping.
