Reverse is LDS – die cracks are seen on both the left and right corners of the roof and the right base line corner of Monticello.

DESCRIPTION: Light trail lines are seen from the TY of LIBERTY and the star between LIBERTY and the date. The offset direction is 180°.

DIE MARKERS: Stage “C “, obverse is LDS – a small die gouge is seen between the words WE and TRUST.

Reverse is LDS – a small die gouge is seen between the rim and the left side of Monticello.

DESCRIPTION: This is a dual directional trail die. Trail lines are seen from the date, the mint mark and the word LIBERTY. The offset directions are 000° and 180°.

DIE MARKERS: Stage “C “, obverse is LDS – none noted

Reverse is LDS – a small die crack is seen from the rim into the field on the left side of the P in PLURIBS. Curved die scratches are seen above the RICA of AMERICA.

DESCRIPTION: Trails are seen from the bottom of both 9 digits in the date and the star between LIBERTY and the date. The offset direction is 000°. This die also has a minor reverse trail die.

DIE MARKERS: Stage “A “, obverse is LDS – a small die gouge is seen between the ER of LIBERTY.

Reverse is LDS – die damage is seen on the lower left of the U in UNITED.
