DESCRIPTION: Two sets of trail lines are seen on the obverse die. The first set from the tops of the letters in the word LIBERTY has an offset direction of 350°. The second set of trails can be seen as lines from the bottom of the digits in the date. This set of trail lines has an offset direction of 210°. It should be noted that the single trail line from the left arm of the Y in LIBERTY is more than likely a master die trail line.

DESCRIPTION: This is a dual directional trail die. The first set is seen from the tops of the letters in the word LIBERTY and have an offset direction of 010°. The second set can be seen from the bottom of the digits in the date. This set has an offset direction of 170°. Also noted is the single trail line from the left arm of the Y in LIBERTY which is more than likely caused by a master die trail line.
