DIE MARKERS: Stage “B“, obverse is MDS – a developing die crack is seen in Kennedy’s lower neck and into the field.

Reverse is MDS – a long almost vertical die scratch is seen to the right of the eagles left wing.

DESCRIPTION: Trail lines are seen from the tips of the arrows, the stars by the last A of AMERICA, the R and A of DOLLAR and the stars over those two letters. The offset direction is 060°.

DIE MARKERS: Stage “B“, obverse is MDS – a small die crack is seen on the top of Kennedy’s ear. Another die crack is seen on the base of the bust transiting into the field.

Reverse is MDS – none observed.

DIE MARKERS: Stage “C“, obverse is LDS – a die chip connecting to a die crack that runs the length of Kennedy’s check is seen on the obverse.

Reverse is LDS – a die crack is seen on the bottom of the designer’s initials right above the W of WE.
