DIE MARKERS: Stage “B “, obverse is MDS – a small die gouge is seen below the first nine in the date. Two small die dots are seen in the field behind Lincoln’s head.
Reverse is MDS – a die break is forming on the cornice left edge above column 1. Die gouges are seen above and to the left of the T in CENT.

DESCRIPTION: Trails can be seen off of the date (1999) and dual trails can be seen off of LIBERTY. The off-set direction is 020 degrees (upper trails LIBERTY & date) and 170 degrees (lower trails, only LIB).
